As you level up, so do other players as well as their own houses. Higher levels mean bigger defenses, longer pathways but better gold. Just remember that while you’re taking other people’s gold, they’re taking yours too! Don’t forget to create the best defenses for your home so they don’t steal your treasure easily just like you stealing theirs!

Timing is everything

There is a certain learning scale in the game and that’s timing. The stages are spontaneous here, meaning each level is quite different from the other: you may face a room full of razor blazes while another one is a combination of rapid-fire cannons and monsters.

Jumping over ledges, sliding in between cutthroat blades and jumping perfectly off a wall before the monster comes back all need right timing. If you’re having a hard time jumping over the same obstacle over and over again, we got just the right way and it may come as a surprise: ONLY JUMP when you’re just a hair strand away from the object, whether they’re cannons, blades, magic spells or giants. Be Patient and Think

Before you start lockpicking a room, the game will show you the entire map. This is the perfect time to plan your move. All obstacles will stay or move in a constant position. Every obstacle has a level. This is the best time to analyze if you have to jump earlier than expected or jump at the right time. The game will not penalize you for staying too long so take your time before going in. If your plans are correct, you’ll get a perfect score, resulting in bonus keys.
